Welcome, Villagers!

My name is Freddie Carper, and I am deeply passionate about helping individuals build self-esteem and discover their identity from within.There was a time when I defined myself by external roles and accomplishments. I’ll never forget the day a college advisor asked me, “Who is Freddie?” I answered proudly: “I’m an Aggie, a member of several organizations, a musician, a business major, a son, a brother, a Black man.”The advisor gently replied, “Those are roles—but who is Freddie?” That question stayed with me. 

Through the love and teachings of Jesus Christ, life’s challenges, and faithful stewardship, I began the journey of discovering who I truly am—my gifts, my purpose, and my calling. I am a son of the King, created to serve my community with energy, love, kindness, laughter, and imagination. I believe that planting one seed in a few lives, can grow a harvest strong enough to sustain a village. That is the heart of The Village Program.
